The 93,000 ton silo located in Golestan province, Aliabad Katul city, km 15 of Sangdoin road, facing Irfan Abad village, is the largest mechanized concrete silo in the private sector of Golestan province. The area of ​​the silo is 70,000 square meters.

1-Laboratory: At the entrance of the silo, 2 laboratories have been installed for sampling and quality control of wheat products in the guaranteed purchase every year. Wheat products are sampled by trained people according to vehicles suitable for the tonnage of each vehicle.

The samples are tested by the technical officer in the laboratory according to the wheat purchase schedule of Golestan province commercial services. If the products are accepted, they are allowed to enter the silo.

2- Weighing scale: This silo is equipped with 4 weighing scales, 2 weighing scales on the north side of the office building and 2 weighing scales on the southern side of the Adair building with weighing chambers, which are intended for the injection of products.

One of the advantages of Silo 4 is that it has 4 scales, which makes unloading and loading time as short as possible.

3- Administrative building: The administrative building has 2 floors, one ground floor belongs to the administrative staff and the second floor is a complete residential unit.

The ground floor includes: water tank, prayer house, dining hall, archive room, bathroom and a year for employees.

4- It is difficult for farmers and drivers to rest:

For the well-being of drivers and farmers during the season of buying wheat and during the year, this building has been considered for drivers and farmers, which is equipped with all heating and cooling facilities, 2 dining halls, kitchen, 2 rooms for rest and equipped with 6 toilets.

2- Export silo: This silo is equipped with 2 export hives with a capacity of 250 tons for loading and unloading hives on both the east and west sides of the hive.

3- Dumping pan: The emptying pan measuring 20 x 6 meters and 7 meters deep with great capacity has made it easy to unload products.

4. Dumping jack: These boots are equipped with 2 large jacks and 1 jack for your truck.

5 work towers: This cell is equipped with 2 work towers on the east and west sides of the hives. 1 PLC system is installed inside each work tower, with which the operators control the machine.

6 – Silo fans: each hive includes two fans at the bottom of the hive and 8 ventilators at the top of the hive, one of which is equipped with a chip fan (air sucker)..

7. Thermometer sensors: inside each beehive to control its temperature, it is equipped with 10 temperature sensor cables, and the temperature inside the beehive is controlled.

The bottom of the hive is in the form of an egg comb, and each sieve has 27 outlet valves for emptying the hive, which is the point that no product remains on the bottom of the hive during the emptying of the hive.
